  • Apply Para-Sheas Body Butter daily. After your bath/shower,  gently pat your skin dry, leaving the skin slightly damp. Focusing on the elbows, knees, ankles, and heels, apply a generous amount of body butter to the skin. Massage in the body butter until absorbed and apply more as needed.

    For more intensive treatment, we recommend pairing Para-Sheas Body Oil.
