Apply Para-Sheas Body Butter daily. After your bath/shower, gently pat your skin dry, leaving the skin slightly damp. Focusing on the elbows, knees, ankles, and heels, apply a generous amount of body butter to the skin. Massage in the body butter until absorbed and apply more as needed.

I started using King Shxt body butter the day after Thanksgiving, and I'm now sold on it. I use it on my feet and arms and the results are definitely 5+ stars. Once you use it you can wash your hands several times and they want dry out also it has my feet smooth as a baby bottom. Will be buying again and again..
